What are the top 3 questions or concerns customers usually have before choosing a heating and cooling service like yours?
Customers often ask: Does it make better sense to repair the equipment I have, or would replacement be the best option in the long run? They want to understand the 'why' of the recommended option. What type of equipment is the best fit for their home, and why might some types not be the best choice? What tips can they utilize to maximize and extend the proper function of their new equipment? What are the most important details customers need to know about your appointment booking process and service specifics?
Our service plans are twice annually, including one heating service and one cooling service. A standard 1" filter change is included, along with a drain system flush and component testing. If repairs are deemed necessary, our service agreement customers enjoy a 10% discount on the service performed. During extremely busy times, service agreement customers are prioritized. Pricing is $175 for one system and $65 for each additional system for a one-year service contract.
